Finally after almost three years of waiting, a second season of Gunslinger Girl is scheduled to air on January 7th in Japan.
Artland will once again be the studio animating this season. Yu Aida, the series creator will be the project's chief writer and supervisor.
The story will follow the Pinocchio arc of the manga. Containing a total of 15 episodes.
The season starts off with the Agency investigating the disappearance of an operative. With all the clues pointing at their ruthless rivals, the Five Republics. The assassin Triela infiltrates the hostile organization, but her search is cut short when she finds herself staring down the barrel of a gun...

man I've bin waiting for this for ever Gunslinger girl is my all time favorite anime! and finally they have a release date!!! I ask in advance if we can have these uploaded! of course when they are released but yes please do have this up on here!!!!!
