Great news! The sequel to the hit comedy Shaolin Soccer well be coming to theaters sometime in 2008. Stephen Chow, creator of Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle will not be directing or appearing in this film. However, he will still be a consultant and a couple actors from the original film will be returning.
It will star Japanese actress Kou Shibasaki, as Rin a young girl returning to Japan to take over her grandfather's Dojo. Some how she ends up helping a university's lacrosse team.
