(from the movie "Night at the roxbury") anyhoo, about my opinion on the meaning of love....... if you want to get all scientific on the subject, love is a strong feeling of infatuation for a person or object.....it can cause high euphoria when you obtain it, and high depression when lost....hope this helps!! ^_^

yeah towards the opposite sex..nop its not the same because this affection is even bigger than your own life at times..so when you say you love someone of the opposite sex kinda means you think about that person 24/7 and you will do anything for them...well again just my opinion..lol =)

Hallow love or anything its simply love. what you feel and how you use it iys your way. Love is suppose to be sweet as the say love is not jealous. Neways in one of the episodes the main characters all go to a Biology seminar where that professor states, "Such things as love are only chemical reactions in order to insure the survival of our species. Such things as Parental love, brotherly love, etc... are all just things to insure that our genes get passed on."
To me no greater words have been spoken that could be more true. The thing is, is that love is however you view it. That is why no1 can xplain it. Love is not to be described or told what it is because no1 can tell you for sure what love is. that is why we only define it as an emotion and not some drawn out thesis paper. Cause trust me, you could probly write a 4000 page paper on it. Well neways love is just there to screw our race over.

Love is a emotion that cannot be expressed in words. I define love as "something that we search for and will always elude us but its when we give up all hope is when it only takes a glance in a crowd to feel a sertain connection." But thats my opinion. Man Love is a complicated subject to say the least Ive often wondered what is it myself. Its cool that you posed the question and you will get many different answers so you will be able to form your own opinion.

Ok it sound like a slumbook but please do write some comment...i came with this topic for my friend cause he wanted to know what is love? I suddently stumped when he ask me with this question back in my mind i do know the meaning but I sudden realize its only my own accord so im just not good enough to explain to him my reason....I only said to him that love when you find it be for sure it has great amount of pain (emotional,mental,physical.......for me im always falls inlove but i do always supress this feeling of mine lets say i dont want to regret it anymore (oops sorry its another stroy)but for those who know the meaning of Love please share with us........thank you
